Brad Larson

Mr. Brad Larson began his martial arts career at 14 years old when he joined his high school wrestling team and also began studying Tae Kwon Do in St. Petersburg, Florida. He studied various arts on a short-term basis while moving around the globe as an Air Force member.  At the age of 41, while stationed in Seoul, Korea he achieved his 1st degree black belt in Hapkido through the Korean New Martial Arts Hapkido Federation.  Yet another military moved led to a change in arts and two years later, Mr. Larson earned his First Dan in Tang Soo Do from the U.S. Tang Soo Do Alliance in Port St Joe, Florida.  He also studied several years at the RiIlion Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy in Panama City, Florida where he reached Blue Belt with three stripes.  Most recently he moved to Saint Augustine, Florida and joined the Chomic Combat Karate team in 2023, where he is currently a Cho Dan Bo - black belt candidate, instructing classes and training to achieve his black belt status in the World Tang Soo Do Association.
